What is a smart agent and why is everyone talking about it now?

Today everyone is talking about "intelligent agents", but... do you really know what they are and how they are changing the way we work? In this first class you will understand this concept from scratch and with real examples that are already in your day to day, even if you have not realized it. We will clearly differentiate what is an agent, what isn't, and why it's not the same as a chatbot. If you're interested in why AI is no longer about prompts, this session will be an eye-opener.

How an agent thinks and acts (no code)

You don't need to be a programmer to understand how an agent works. In this class we will teach you how to think like them: how they make decisions, what they need to operate, and how to build their "brain" using logic and tools, with no programming. You will see how its lifecycle works and understand why the no-code approach is transforming product teams. We'll use real examples to help you visualize what you can build too.

From prompts to your first agent (using Replit)

Do you know how to write good prompts? That's perfect. Now it's time to take the next step and build your first agent. In this class you will learn what changes when an AI no longer just responds, but acts on its own. With a brief theoretical introduction and lots of practice, you will design a simple but functional agent using conditional logic in Replit. You will leave with a working prototype that can solve real tasks in sales, support or recommendation.

Real automation with n8n

It's time to take your agents to the next level. In this session you will learn how to use n8n, a powerful and visual automation tool. You'll build flows that combine multiple decisions, steps and external tools, as if you were orchestrating a small team working for you. It's intensive practice, with mentoring support, so you end up with a flow that really works. Ideal if you want to connect AI with your real systems.

Build an agent

Do you want to see how agents who are already in big companies are made? Here you will use an enterprise platform that is used to build real commercial agents. With the guidance of experts, you will create a functional sales or support flow that runs in a real environment. This is your opportunity to apply what you've learned, experiment and solve concrete challenges with technical support.

Presentation of cases and agents

It's your time to shine! In this session you will present the agent you built and receive direct feedback from applied AI experts. Not only will you learn from your project, but also from others: what worked, what can be improved, and how to scale it. It's an inspiring session, full of concrete ideas to take what you learned to the reality of your company or business.

Closing: Trends in Agentic AI

To close with a flourish, in this final class we will take you through the key learnings from the program and show you where this is all going. What role will agents play in the workplace of the future? What skills will you want to continue to develop? How can you apply this today in your day-to-day life? This session is to integrate, inspire and help you continue to grow in the world of agentic AI.
